This beautiful duplexis ideal for families with childrenwho want to enjoy the beauty of the beach while having access to multiple children's attractions. Upstairs, there are three bedroomsfilled with natural light: the main bedroom features a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and a terrace with sea views, while the second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm), and the third, with a bunk bed, is perfect for the little ones.

The propertyaccommodates six peoplein its three comfortable bedrooms, with the option to add an extra bedfor an additional fee. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an ovenand gas stove, so you can prepare delicious dishes. Additionally, it has two modern bathroomswith shower and toilet.

Located in the best area of Puerto de Alcudia, the house offers easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment options, and everything needed for a perfect vacation. The highlightof this location is being right on the longest beach in Mallorca, in a quiet and relaxed environment.

Pleasant experience

The best feature of this townhouse is its location. Situated just across the street and only a few steps away from Muro beach, one of the best areas of Platja Alcudia. The house has a nice terrace with a partial view of the beach and sea. The house is equipped with essential items only; for example, it lacks a beach umbrella, although it does have beach chairs. There are two bedrooms upstairs with air conditioning and the smaller one (with bunk beds) doesnt have one. It was hard to get breeze to circulate in this bedroom during the highly hot days we stayed there.
