  • Welcome to this beautiful house in Puerto de Alcudia, very close to the sea and next to the lake. The house is perfect for families with children and is in a quiet location. Here 2-5 guests can enjoy the north of Mallorca.



    Alcúdia is famous for its beautiful old town with the Roman wall and the street market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. Nearby is the natural park S'Albufera, the picturesque village of Pollença and the golf course in Alcanada. The beach of Alcudia and Playa de Muro are family beaches, with fine sand and many services; restaurants, bars, stores and supermarkets. A car is not necessary as all services are close by and there is a bus to Alcúdia, Pollença or Can Picafort.



    The single-storey house offers a furnished terrace overlooking the lake. Here, you can enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones or play a game of table soccer. Inside, you can relax in the living-dining room with satellite TV or prepare great meals in the kitchen, including a ceramic hob, oven, filter coffee maker and much more. The house has a washing machine, fans, Wifi and 3 bedrooms; two with double beds and one with single beds. The maximum occupancy of the house is 5 guests plus a baby. We can provide a crib and highchair on request.





    Please note:



    In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



    Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.



    The deposit of 300 Eur will be held through a credit card and the guest will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.



    Parties are not allowed.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Die Vermieter auch sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Leider ist zwischenzeitlich ein weiteres Haus auf das freistehende Gelände davor erbaut worden, so daß kein freier Blick mehr auf die Lagune gegeben ist.

Es war wie im Angebot beschrieben ein hübsches Häuschen in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, aber nur fünfzig Meter von einer belebten Strasse mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Zum Strand waren es rund fünfhundert Meter.Das einzige Manko war in den beiden heißen Augustwochen, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war, das konnten auch die in jedem Zimmer vorhandenen Ventilatoren nicht wettmachen. Man muss der Fairness halber aber auch sagen, das eine Klimaanlage lt. Beschreibung auch nicht angeboten wurde. Alles in allem ein niedliches, schön eingerichtetes Häuschen.

The apartment has a very good location near Port Alcudia Beach - less than 10min walk. The building is at the end of a dead end street and therefore no thru-traffic. However, be aware that 100m away is the main street with a lot of shops, bars and restaurants which means it is quite busy there, but there are not a lot of people passing the house. Parking in front of the house was never a problem. It needs to be metioned that a nearby hotel (250m away) is having loud music at their pool until midnight during high season, which can be heard from the distance - but acceptable noise level in the end. The apartment itself has everything what is needed for a family stay: TV, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately there is no air condition installed but there are electric ventilators in all bedrooms as well as a ventilator on the ceiling of the living room. The furniture is a bit outdated but acceptable and in good condition. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this apartment unconditionally.
