“Upon arrival it appeared fine. We were greeted by a gentleman and he tried to assist which was fine but he didn’t know too much about hours of pool. Room was somewhat clean but VERY worn and dated. “I helped the property manager out by switching to another unit. The unit was nothing like the one I reserved. I was supposed to have leather couches, but we received stained couches and a stained mattress. blinds that didn't go down, so we couldn't use one of the rooms and had to share beds. The banister was a safety hazard because it was wobbly. Very disappointed. I paid over 300 for a subpar town house. ”
