“Everything met my expectations. The flat was clean, the location is amazing and the owner was very responsive. My only complaint is that I communicated the urgency of needing an ironing board and they promised to get me one but they never did. Please get an ironing board next time as most of your guests will need one especially if they travel to Cincinnati for work. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay there again.”

We felt very safe at the property and the host was very helpful in helping us with the key and gate remote upon arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy. Great hotel
"Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved. The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive."
