“The resort was truly beautiful, with excellent service and very friendly staff. The location was stunning and really showed what a gem Lebanon is. We stayed in a suite with a sea view, and the room was absolutely amazing I highly recommend it. The only downside was that there were quite a few flies around the pool, and the beach could have been cleaner as there were some cigarette butts and plastic. “The staff at the hotel need a charm education. We never received a "hello" or a welcoming smile from any of the staff, either it was the front desk staff, lady in red, the doormen, the cleaning staff or the security staff. They either tried to avoid eye contact or simply didn't bother. We never felt at home at the hotel, as a so called 5 star hotel suppose to make you feel (or any other hotel for that matter). Will never stay at this hotel again. ”
