Lyxhotell i Beirut

“The staff at the hotel need a charm education. We never received a "hello" or a welcoming smile from any of the staff, either it was the front desk staff, lady in red, the doormen, the cleaning staff or the security staff. They either tried to avoid eye contact or simply didn't bother. We never felt at home at the hotel, as a so called 5 star hotel suppose to make you feel (or any other hotel for that matter). Will never stay at this hotel again. ”

“+The room was big and nice + Breakfast and dinner at the Lebanese restaurant was perfect! -The service at the reception is poor. The manager was rude. -the pool was so crowded. Most of the people are not from the hotel. In the end of the day, there were plastic cups on the bottom that we stepped on constantly, and hair ((( I definitely expected more from a Mövenpick! ”
