The two separate living spaces on the ground floor allow the kids to spend time in one and adults to enjoy themselves in the other. Easy walk to the beach. I don't recall the limitations of Moody beach being detailed in the reservation, but we had a good time.”

“This house was in a PRIME location. The views were gorgeous from everywhere in the house. We really enjoyed walking down to the beach and hanging out on the many porches. This house was even better than expected, two massive kitchens, plenty of bedrooms to spread out and so peaceful. You are also only a short drive away from the pier. We would definitely stay here again!”

We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart. “Beautiful beach house nestled in the dune grasses. Located on the border of OOB and Ocean Park, it was perfect for us with over 150 years of history up there.The beach was right outside our door and the rooftop deck was a favorite perch for all to watch the tides. Especially loved the kitchen being so well appointed that I could cook!Front row seat for the best 7 miles of beach on the eatern seaboard!”
