Very nice setting and convenient location to nearby activities/stores.The kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed and the whole cottage provided comfort. ( beds, pillows, furniture)The sandy beach and water depth was perfect for kids. They loved it.After a string of hot days the cottage was extremely hot. Overhead fans in 3 of the bedrooms somewhat helped, but additional portable fans for the master bedroom and living room...

“Cottage Binx hosted our two families for a cottage getaway. The cottage was nestled in the woods on the Muskoka river and provided great privacy. The cottage itself was very clean and perfectly accommodated our two families. Our host Tej was excellent in answering any questions we had during our stay, always responding within minutes. The cottage has kayaks, and the kids loved fishing on either the paddle boat or the aluminum rowboat. The fire pit area was awesome for a campfire and roasting...
