“We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Lake House. The home was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully decorated for the holidays, which made it feel especially welcoming. Communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. The house was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful lake view that we really enjoyed. Everything was as described, and the space was comfortable and relaxing. We would happily stay here again.”

“This is our 2nd time renting this property. The location is in close proximity to family n friends and in a quiet & safe neighborhood. The house is very clean and is stocked with basic essentials. The host is easy to reach and responds promptly. ”

“The house was fine. Water had distinctive smell to it. The house was clean. While we were there, we received about 8 inches of snow. It would have been helpful to have the snow removed or a shovel. We had to use a broom to clear a path.”
