“I really liked how the property was tucked back off of the street. It was cozy and quaint little guest house. My only complaint was the water. It had a strong sulfur smell. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The main bed was very comfortable and lots of things to do, even on the rainy days! The owner was very responsive to messages. ”

“Incredible place to stay, relax and enjoy the Gettysburg area. Would recommend highly for anyone looking for an enjoyable experience and a place that feels like home. The cabin is very well set up, clean and in a good location to the battlefield and town. Its our favorite go to place to stay. The owners are the best, there is you need help or have a question, like visiting with the perfect friend or family but never intrusive. Everyone who has stayed there wants to go back!”

“The cottage fit in very well with the Mt. Gretna aesthetic. Loved the outdoor areas. Back patio felt secluded and enjoyed the gas grill.Picnic table in front porch was perfect alternative when it rained. AC did great job of cooling house. Kitchen was well equipped for our party of 6. Hosts were very responsive and the welcome gift was a nice touch. We would definitely stay at the Butterfly Cottage again. Parking for 2 vehicles is provided. Note that the driveway is tight. “We very much enjoyed our honeymoon stay at Apple Blossom Cottage over the July 4th weekend. Perfect location - a private secluded spot and yet so close to Gettysburg. The cottage was clean and tidy and the decor was so nice. Sitting by a bonfire at night listening to the bullfrogs was fun and relaxing. Communication with the host was great too. I recommend Apple Blossom and am hoping to return sometime. ”
