“Unfortunately the Fairfield Inn & Suites called 1 day before arrival to inform us that they had overbooked. A transfer was arranged to another hotel, the Best Western Plus Olean (a bit further than expected). The Best Western Plus turned out to be good, clean and with excellent service. However, to give credit to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot, they did their best to arrange a smooth transfer to the Best Western Plus despite the overbooking.”
