“Trevligt litet hotell i en mysig liten stad. Den lilla staden var väldigt mysig och resturangerna var jättetrevliga! Absolut värt att stanna till en natt innan vidare resa mot Toronto.”

“Unfortunately the Fairfield Inn & Suites called 1 day before arrival to inform us that they had overbooked. A transfer was arranged to another hotel, the Best Western Plus Olean (a bit further than expected). The Best Western Plus turned out to be good, clean and with excellent service. However, to give credit to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot, they did their best to arrange a smooth transfer to the Best Western Plus despite the overbooking.”

“For the price, it was very surprising the breakfast only had prepackaged items plus waffle iron. Occasionally will have hard-boiled eggs but not guaranteed. You get the same/worse breakfast here than some $70 per night inns. Soundproofing is poor. The old interior aesthetic is cute. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel room was so cozy and it felt like having our own apartment. Tom was so cool to talk to and gave us the best recommendation for Halloween night! We had food from the restaurant and it was above and beyond our expectations. All of the businesses we went to encouraged visiting other businesses. An amazing stay. Even added on an extra night!”

“2 adults and 2 teenagers stopped for 1 night en route to Niagara falls. Pleasant hotel centrally located and noted that efforts had been made to raise the hotel's status, for example wooden panels and pictures in the lobby and on the outside (fake) shutters, chimneys and sloped roof. Hotel had a small pool but also a jacuzzi, the gym only had running/walking machines. Breakfast included which was OK and for once with some normal (reusable) bowls and spoons. During our trip we stayed in 5...

“It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip.
The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice.
I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30."
Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that.
Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared.
We learned to ask questions about...
