“Everything was wonderful”

“Ceiling falling apart in many common areas around property. A man with shower bonnet jumped out of his parked suspicious tinted window vehicle in the back of the parking lot on a sunny Friday morning at 9am and screamed at me to get my leashed calm dog away from his car. Extremely threatening and scary. Many vulgar words. I felt the front desk clerk had too much of an attitude to not offer any meaningful assistance. Will not stay here again”

“Rooms.were just okay and both AC, TV was not working l. POOL is also small.”

“It would help to dust the bathroom before guest arrive. Our bathroom shower was super dusty and there was food left behind in the mini fridge and a bitten apple under the chair”

“Almost no maintenance and cleaning. Air conditioner sounds about 54db and can run for 2 to 3 hours before it freezes”

“Reserved rooms because they had a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Upon arrival we noticed the lights were off in bar area, so we asked the front desk attendants when the bar would open. They responded with they weren’t really sure?? So we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and drinks. Got back to the hotel around 8 pm and the bar was still not open and when we ask the front desk attendants they said they guessed it wasn’t going to be open today???”

“Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience due to the condition of the hotel. The AC was not working properly, and the room smelled like there had been ongoing water leakage or moisture issues. The beds were also very uncomfortable and felt as if you would roll toward the middle. That being said, the hotel staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The manager was also kind enough to reimburse 2 of our 4 nights, which we truly appreciated. I just wish Hilton would...

“My stay was nice and quiet. Room was clean and neat. I didn’t take advantage of breakfast, I was in town for a college graduation, so my schedule was pretty full. Definitely good for a quick trip alone.”

Since we were three people who were going to live there, it became a problem for us. The clerk offered to cancel the room.
