The room was not clean—the sofa was visibly dirty, which made the space uncomfortable for us. “One of the most horrible place I ever had stay to in my life. The room was very filthy. No iron, toothpaste or toothbrush, tv didn't work good, refrigerator not working. It took a day for the room to heat up. Arrived on a Thursday and live on a Monday and no room service. Only two wash towels. “It was okay for the price (around $80). When I first checked in the evening during my road trip, the front desk guy charged me twice. Luckily they returned the money to me. But the main problem: even though it says it’s a nonsmoking room, it was clearly a former smoker’s room or someone was secretly smoking. “Great location, great hotel ”

“The room was dirty in multiple ways. There were ashes in the drawers, crumbs on top of drawers, stains on chairs, and liquid spilled on the floor. The air conditioning unit had a burning smell once the heat was tiened on. The lock on the bathroom would not lock. There also apleared to be dead and dired up bedbugs in the cabinet under the tv. The room was supoosed to have two full beds and when we arrived there was only one bed. Overall an unpleasant experience. ”

“We booked Super 8 Laurel 'cause we wanted an outdoor pool after 5 days of Festival-camping. Upon arrival the motel makes a very dirty an unfriendly impression. No flowers as shown on pictures at hotels.com. Then the porter tells us that the pool has not been in use for 3 years!! That's why we immediately left and stayed at Motel 6 in Laurel instead.
