"Location was great it was just 15-20 minute walk into downtown Boulder. The room was also very big and spacious for my daughter, wife and I so those were positives. However, under the beds were dirt and dust it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed before we checked in or during our entire 4 night stay. Also, toilet paper was never refilled so we ran out. Even though hotels.com says it’s breakfast included you still need to pay $17 for each person and $15 for kids. It’s in the small print so be careful of that. I would say it’s a good hotel for work trips or people staying one or two nights but I wouldn’t recommend for families. "

"Good place for a short stay in Boulder. +Kids liked the poolarea alot. Breakfast was really good! -The AC in the room was horrible and super noicy when turned on. Had it off for most of the time, otherwise sleeping was impossible. For a summerstay in Boulder I am not sure if this would be a good place if you dont like the noice. "
