"We went there a year ago and since then it’s taken a turn towards the worse. Change of management perhaps? Or overworked personnel? First the rooms are dark and uncomfortable and don’t keep the humidity out, so didn’t really sleep. Our mission became trying to stay away from the property as much as possible. I got free electro therapy trying to turn on the bedroom light. The showers have snails and lizards. Slow responses from personell in restaurant (which only serves buffets now - last year was à la carte). If I’d pay about half I maybe would’ve expected something similar. But a premium price needs a premium stay. And it was far away from that. "

"The room was modern, but a bit on the smaller side. There was a great restaurant next door, also easy to get a taxi since there were always several nearby. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and helped me arrange a discounted boat tour."
