✹ During winter months (mid-November to early April), we STRONGLY recommend having AWD car with good snow tires to drive up here even when it`s not snowing
✹ There are 2 separate entrances for the upper and lower levels
✹ Since an A-frame has a unique structure, please watch your head when walking around the house (especially upper level)
✹ Please be extra careful to walk up and down the spiral staircase and watch out for your children
✹ No smoking or vaping of any kind. There will be additional cleaning fee for smoking. You will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
✹ Parties are prohibited
✹ Please respect our neighbor and keep quiet between 11 pm - 6 am
✹ Please kindly remove your shoes before entering the house. Additional cleaning fee will apply if stains are found on the carpet.
