“Lovely property situated on the hillside overlooking Nerja. Close to all amenities and easily walkable to Burriana Beach or slightly longer walk to Balcón de Europa. Take a taxi home as the hills are quite steep from the beach up to the property followed by approx 40 steps to the front door. Fabulous private balcony (sun trap) overlooking all of Nerja in a quiet neighbourhood. Owner is very helpful & informative . Will visit again”

“Nice little house in a good location in the Valle which gave us many sheltered hours in the sun even though we had terrible weather with two sandstorms. The house had everything they we needed and the owner and the surrounding neighbours were very helpful and nice. “We had a wonderful holiday in the Villa Catalina in March 2022. The Villa was spacious, well appointed and extremely clean. Great location, just a short walk to the restaurants & shops. Under floor heating worked a treat on the chilly days. The outside area was large and there were plenty of chairs and loungers for everyone. An excellent villa for a large group.
