"Big room, the condition of the hotel was quite low. Problems with the bathroom, needed to tell the staf 3 times."

"Hotell med bra läge. Rent och fräscht överallt. Personalen mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Enda nackdelen vid bokning på Expedia är tillägg för frukost. När man kommer till restaurangen för att äta,får man först då besked om att det bara gäller continental frukost. Vill man ha av det varma så kostar det extra."

"They will charge you 45 USD from the restaurant regardless if you eat there or not. A total scam set up. No info about this when you book the room."

"Okay room size, quite comfortable bed, good shower, but man was that aircon noisy! It sounded like a jet plane was taking off, some sort of motor generator inside the wall in the room itself was powering the fan and that, unfortunately, brings down my overall rating of this hotel. The breakfast was mostly tasteless with the exception of the pineapple which was good, otherwise everything else available tasted of....nothing at all. Not overly impressed with this place, plus they add on 35 dollars per night when you leave, so be warned it ends being up a more expensive stay than you think, even if you pay in advance. "

"Läget är bra, nära stränder och Old San Juan. Vi hade ett rymligt rum med bra sängar och en balkong med havsutsikt. Men det var inte särskilt rent på rummet. Den utlovade frukosten räckte inte till alla gäster, det saknades bröd, mjölk till kaffet mm. Servicen var också undermålig. Vi bad om en ny glödlampa till en av lamporna på rummet, då den var trasig. Det kunde de tyvärr inte hjälpa oss med."
