“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“I took my wife there to celebrate Mother’s Day, she didn’t want to leave. Food was good, so were the drinks. I would have liked a wider variety in the menus for both, but again my wife loved it and wants me to take her back. ”

“The property was beautiful. Felt very very safe. I was traveling with two of my friends and we loved our suit. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had our own washer and dryer, the air conditioning was super cool which was awesome because the weather was very hot. Our room was gorgeous. I will definitely be staying here again”

“We had delays and contacted the hotel to let them know we will be coming a day later. Hotel never sent a code to enter the facility. There is no direct contact to management. We were taken for our money and never stayed in the hotel that we booked on Expedia. This facility needs to be reported and investigated. Do not book a reservation here you will end up stranded on the street. We had to book other hotels for the rest of the week. I will be looking for a refund.”

“Apparently there’s a power issue in the second and third floor, which is where we stayed and no one told us anything about it. We lost power multiple times in our floor and no one came to say anything or no attempt to reach out to us was made. By the time we left we couldn’t speak to a manager cuz no one was available.”

“Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it. But it was 6:30am before we got to our room....
