Cosy appartement with nice pool

We had a nice stay in Almunecar. The surroundings are beautiful. The house of Juan is just fine and the host himself is very helpfull.

Un deuxième séjour aussi agréable que le premier
Un très agréable séjour qui a répondu à nos attentes comme la première fois. La piscine est très bien, ainsi que la méditerranée proche des 30° en septembre. La vue est très agréable, ainsi que le calme et la proximité de grandes villes (Grenade, Malaga, Cordoue). Juan le propriétaire est à votre écoute et disponible.

Amazing views and wonderful pool
This villa provided everything that we wanted from our holiday. We were able to totally chill out at the villa, waking up to amazing views of the sea and the mountains. The private pool was fantastic for chilling out and relaxing throughout the day. The kitchen was well equipped and had an oven, gas rings, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Although Juan recommended a hire car, we were able to walk into town, to the beach and nearby villages with shops and restaurants. It is a twenty minute walk back to the villa from the sea front with steep gradients, which could be an issue for children, elderly etc (although I’m sure you could use taxis if required). Communication with Juan was easy and he was very helpful and responsive prior and throughout our stay. We had a fantastic holiday and hope to return in the future, thank you Juan and Margot, MIck and Cheryl (mid to late fifties) 👍☀️😁

Von morgens bis abends den Ausblick genossen
Die Lage ist absolut Traumhaft und eine richtige wohltat für Herz und Seele. Den Garten und den Pool konnten wir für uns alleine geniessen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit es mangelte uns aboslut an nichts. Für uns war das Bett eher etwas schmal und "Durchgelegen" hier müsste dringend ein Ersatz her. Die Wohnung ist tratitionell Spanisch eingrichtet und im Bad gibt es Renovationsbedarf. Falls Sie nicht absolut perfektionistisch sind und mit kleineren Mängel leben können, ein Pardies für Ferien

Vielen Dank, dass Sie unsere Villa für Ihren Urlaub gewählt haben. Mieter in jeder Hinsicht sehr zu empfehlen. Im Badezimmer wurde die Fliese, die bei der kürzlich erfolgten Erneuerung der Dusche zerbrochen war, nun ersetzt.

Un petit appartement avec un joli balcon et une vue impenable sur la mer
Juan, le propriétaire, nous avait déjà donné presque toutes les informations avant notre arrivée... A part le problème des fourmis et quelques soucis avec le Wifi pendant notre semaine de vacances, nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Almuñecar, notamment grâce au temps splendide pour cette saison, la délicieuse nourriture de la région, la piscine que nous avons eu pour nous tous seuls et les splendides levers et couchers de soleil auxquels nous avons pu assister pratiquement tous les jours, souvent depuis notre balcon... Bref, un séjour inoubliable !!!

Vistas impresionantes
Las vistas son fantásticas, el propietario muy amable, servicial y discreto, la piscina fabulosa, hemos pasado unas vacaciones increíbles. Como mejora deberían cambiar las camas y almohadas ya que son antiguas, y el descanso es primordial y que hay muchas hormigas Por lo demás todo bien,

Heerlijke vakantiewoning op een prachtige locatie en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Het uitzicht is waanzinnig mooi, het zwembad is heerlijk en de privacy is super. Het echtpaar die de woning verhuurd is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De woning is heerlijk, zeer compleet en gezellig. In elke kamer airconditioning, een wasmachine, oven, magnetron, ideaal. Zeker een aanrader!
