“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cottage was quintessential Scottish and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have a coffee maker for those of us who would like a pot of coffee and didn’t have a dryer. Fortunately we were able to dry clothes in the glorious sunshine while we were in the Highlands. Strathpeffer was a lovely place to visit. Drove to Ullapool for the day, great day trip. Overall, highly recommend this beautiful spot!”

“We loved our stay in Nairn at this property. So many positive things to say. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes, and walking into the middle of the Main Street area was about 10 minutes. We enjoyed eating at Classroom Bistro. The home has so much space to move around with a large kitchen and full size washer/dryer. There's a very convenient outdoor hose to shower off your feet when returning from the beach. “We had a great time at Sluice Keepers Cottage however the road can be noisy during the day but the cottage is blissfully quiet at night and that is the main thing. Lovely views over Loch Fleet with a great variety of birds to watch. The cottage is really well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of places to visit in the area and a great Sunday roast can be had at The Stags Head in Golspie with very friendly staff.
