“Condition of the villa was not so gd. Toilet door was broken below. Swimming pool tiles were coming out and rusty in some areas. Bbq pit was in bad condition too. Kitchen cupboards had lots of big black ants. Sofas so old. ”

“The owner really made their best effort to make the place as comfortable as possible and with luxuries fittings and fixtures. We really had a wonderful time and it is really worth the money paid. Highly recommended for big group travelers. Great Job Mr & Mrs. Pang. I will surely keep this place as my first option for my next visit. ”

“1) communication breakdown - message was not attended after paying the deposit until checking out 2) property pictures is not as advertised on app! Misleading. 3) rundown furnitures most of it. Beds - sagging mattresses sunk in the middle, sofa - material almost torn apart, chairs - sunken, parquet tiles missing here and there. 4) water heater all ruined and wasn’t told. No checking? 5) upper bathroom, toilet cant flush. No checking? 6) porch’s light and fan fused? Has already switched...

“Owner cancelled my booking last minute due to he confirmed another booking and promised to give me full refund. However he short changed my refund and never reply me back after that. I feel cheated!”

“Like: 1. behind the property is a stretch of beach 2. all 3 rooms are air-conditioned 3. Clean 4. Many kitchen utensils 5. Owner is speedily responsive (through whatsapp because of the pandemic) Don’t like: 1. Only 1 bathroom 2. The bed is creaky 3. The mattress isn’t comfy”
