I wanted to use the backyard, but since we are out all the time during the day hence we didn’t get a chance, but it looks very nice here. This is the place that i would prefer to stay with a family. “I rented out the house for my husband and a bunch of his friends for a guys' weekend, and they had a blast! From what they all told me, the house and the grounds were immaculate and just as described. There were some broken arcade games, but sounds like the owner is taking care of that. The views were spectacular and they ended up spending almost the entire weekend at the house and pool!! The owners were also very communicative and accommodating on letting us have an outdoor mobile hibachi set...

“We actually live in San Diego, but wanted a staycation somewhere that wasn't our own house - and this house was perfect for us. It's the perfect size for a family, and the pool and deck were exactly what we needed. The pseudo-separate studio was ideal for us to escape the teenagers and feel like we had something on our own. We also had fun exploring downtown La Mesa, which is quaint and has lots to do. All in all, just what we needed. ”

“Great location. Off street parking. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store and the neighborhood park. The park was a great place to walk our little dog in the morning. Comfortable beds and linens. The outdoor space was wonderful. The hosts were the best!”
