“This hotel is all about location. If you are in Strasbourg for the nice views and good food, it's hard to find anything better as it is in the middle of Petite France. The service of the rooms are done late in the afternoon which is unusual for a five star hotel. For some reason at check out they wanted to charge for breakfast altough it was already included. After me questioning and some searching in the computer the reception assistant found out they had it wrong and I wasn't charged.”

“Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place.”
