“Great hotel, bar and restaurant with friendly and welcoming staff, and excellent service throughout our stay. Room was clean, well equipped, comfortable and modern. It would have been nice to have had the heating on when we arrived but appreciate that we’d recently had a change in weather. Bar has wide selection of drinks and food is excellent. Views are fantastic on a clear day and outdoor seating is available. Would (and have) happily recommend to friends and family”

“Fresh and comfortable accomodation with excellent shower. Top class food both dinner and breakfast . Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I stay around Nantwich/Crewe frequently and this is one of the very best accomodations available for the area and at a sensible price. Accomodation may not be suitable for those requiring special access , best check first. Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you the team. I will be back.”

“Great service from all the staff, especially the waiting staff in the evening for my dinner which was also very nice. The guy checking me in even changed my room as I requested one where I didn't need to climb stairs due to a knee injury. Perfect all round.”

“Lovely cottage, I was unsure when booking as there wasn’t photos of all the rooms, however they were all great. The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. Being so close to the tea rooms was convenient for lunch, and we were near enough to the town of Leek for shops for supplies. Comfortable beds, and the whole place was clean and tidy.
