“We stayed for a gig at Heaton park. The girl on check in couldn't be more helpful. I was able to park outside the property. The room was lovely and clean and it was £15 in a Uber to the concert.”

Rooms are not fit for purpose with extensive mould on walls and ceilings, broken furniture, fixtures and fittings….. in desperate need of basic repair and renovation.
For the first time ever, I will be pursuing some form of compensation/refund

"It looks nice on the outside but it’s very shabby and old on the inside. Breakfast was only so so with no decent bread or cereal. It so loud nd noisy that you can’t sleep after anyone in the hotel has woken up and started moving around. "
