“Hotel and staff generally are nice.
My stay was made worse due to the bar having nearly no beer on tap, but worse was the shower and bath, no water pressure at all, no pint even to stand under the shower you barely get wet. I could not ask for a change of room as it was late at night but it spoiled my stay”

“Amazing service from all the staff. Every one was outstanding. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. The food is priced highly but it always is in hotels. The mini-shop prices were outrageous because you have no other options nearby. The leisure facilities were good but the changing rooms were filthy. I visited on a Sunday and you could tell that a lot of people had been there. It is open to the public so all of the shower products were used up, the floor was wet everywhere with mud...
