“House is just as described. Location is good for those traveling between Bryce and Zion, in a quiet area. Kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. Beds are comfortable. Entertainment area upstairs with a pool table, games with nice outdoor patio. The large hot tub off the kitchen downstairs is also great after a long day hiking. Easy access in and owner is easy to contact. The only way upstairs is the spiral staircase for anyone with mobility issues. There isn’t much...

“Ben is a great host. We ran out of propane for the grill and he was there within 20 minutes with a full tank. The place is perfectly located between the national Parks. Easily accessible. The accommodations were clean, neat and quiet. I definitely recommend. Beautiful area!”

“It is large and clean. 4 bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with sofas. There is a grill and firepit. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher (which didn't work when we were there). The yard is small and on a busy street, and there is a storage building outside which was not secured, so it would not be suitable for children to be outside on their own.
