“This is a beautiful, private home central to many adventures in Italy. We were able to travel to Rome, Pompeii, the beaches near Pescara all within easy day trips. We even could relax at home for a day. This home allowed us to be flexible, spontaneous, and have control over our schedule. The property manager was super helpful and responded quickly.”

“We enjoyed spending a week here. The place was charming and definitely tucked away down a quiet street surrounded by mountains. Our host Maria was easy to contact. We only met her once as she was mostly out of town when we were there but she was gracious enough to let us see the 4 alpacas up close and feed them. “Lovely home, however, there were some issues. Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. ”

“very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned.”
