“Me and my family stayed a week in the accomodation and we loved it. We would defenitly recommend a visit!Pro's:- Carmen is really friendly and the communication is good- The house is well-equiped (pool, terrace, washing machine, etc.)- The view of the mountains is stunning- ...Cons:- The house has no airconditioning so you need to do some heath managment. There are ventilators though- A lot of mosquitos so come prepared”

“We were a group of 6 persons from Sweden going for a holiday week end of May 2017. The house is situated among other detached houses far away from the motorway and some 4-5 km from the nearest town, Alginet, with shops, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We had a fantastic stay in this spacious modern house. Especially we enjoyed the very nice pool and garden area which also had a barbecue/paella kitchen facility. The house was very nice and clean and we got clean sheets and towels on...

“Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). ”

“Beautiful villa in a quiet urbanisation. The villa is not far from a few local shops and supermarkets and only 40 minutes drive away from Valencia. You will need a car to get around. Perfect if you prefer being away from it all but you still want the option to go out and about. We went to Oceanografic Aquarium and the Coves de Sant Josep. We all loved both but the children were happiest at the villa, playing in the pool! We saw some of the best sunrises and the views from the villa are amazing!...

“Wir haben in Nadines Haus eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht!Das Haus hat alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Natürlich ist der Pool das Highlight des Hauses, hier hatten unsere Kinder besonders viel Spaß :-)”

“Entspannung unter spanischer Sonne ohne den üblichen Trubel und Touristen-Lärm.PRO:Hübsches, gut eingeteiltes kleines Haus mit eigenem Pool und reichlich Begrünung. Grundstück bietet den ganzen Tag über sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten.Das gesamte Grundstük ist mit Hecken eingefaßt, in denen durchgegend ein Zaum verläuft. Lediglich das Tor mussten wir mit einem Balkon-Sichtschutz zusätzlich sichern, damit unsere Hunde einen unbeschwerten und ausbruchsicheren Urlaub verbringen konnten, ohne ständig...

“Une maison atypique pour un lieu atypique....Ce qui a été surprenant avant d'arrivée dans cette location c'est le chemin d'accès. En fait il faut emprunter un "chemin de croix" soit rouler sur une route assez pentue sur les 300-400 derniers mètres. Ceci explique la splendide vue que l'on avait. Après la maison est sur 2 niveaux, dont le premier niveau était déjà loué avec piscine et très surprenant ce n'était pas trop dérangeant (accès différencié pour les deux niveaux) Sinon la maison est bien...

“Beautiful setting, amazing views, clean in general and Great communication with hosts although there were a couple of things that could be improved on. Maybe air con in at least 1 room in the villa to cool it down, being in the mountains was very very hot some days, we couldn’t cool the house down and fans were just blowing hot air around, unbearable of a night. The villa is in desperate need of a security gate of some sort, it is completely open where anyone at anytime can walk onto and into...

"Nice apartment for four adults but the following things was a big minus: - No washing machine (it was broken and no compensation offered) - No cleaning under the whole week - Had to ask for new towels, only changed once - Only one dishwasher tablet - Only two toiletrolls for one week - Not very good service"

"We as couple, took a short vacation in Valencia. We stayed with Limehome at Cá dÁntonio Ferrandis. The appartment was small with effectively used spaces, comfortable bed. It has a well equipped kitchen incl. washing machine. We appreciated the AC - well used also in October ;-). It´s 10min walk to Science city and the park. There´s a bus to beach & tram to city, both <200m from house entrance - hence easy access to good communications throughout Valencia! The location is quiet & pieceful. We felt safe. Easy walking to Saler - shopping mall with great food store and multiple restaurants. What else can You wish for - we can highly recommend to stay here!"
