“The information to access the key was incorrect, so we were stuck outside for an hour trying to get ahold of someone from Vrbo to help. The home wasn’t very clean, either. There was dog fur and hair all over the place and food in the microwave. The location was good and the home was cute, but there wasn’t even a door separating the living room from the bedroom, only a curtain that didn’t go all the way across for some sound control. ”

“The house was wonderful - clean, great location, dog friendly, and walkable to the beach. However, when we arrived there was absolutely no toilet paper and no bath towels. I requested them three different ways - two different phone numbers and via text - and was assured we'd received them. We didn't receive them during our stay. This was a major disappointment as everything else about the stay was stellar.”
