“Really lovely location. Super close to lots of great hikes. My sons and I had a great boys weekend. We appreciated the corn hole and lawn games.”

“It was a cute little house and we were comfortable.”

“Great place to stay. Clean and homey”

“This house is close to the beach. It’s well stocked for cooking. Market is right around the corner, if you need something. I like the fact that their furniture is leather, their living room has a nice set up, we ended up watching a movie most nights before bedtime. Cozy house, would stay here again.”

“Charming place. Loved the treats the owner left for us.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this well equipped, comfortable rental. The location is ideal and peaceful.”

“Larissa was such a communicative host. We were able to ask any questions and get an answer easily. The property was delightful. Easy to get to all the little sites and shops. We would definitely stay in the Goldfinch property again soon.”

“It is listed as having 4 bedrooms when in fact there are only 3. A king master on the upper floor (if there were murphy beds I didn't see them) On the 1st floor a queen room, and a room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. The games in the game room were great! We were there for the 4th of July and were able to...

“We were extremely disappointed with this property. Upon arrival, we found the hot tub in an unsanitary condition — visibly dirty and unmaintained. We were so repulsed that we chose to leave immediately rather than stay.Beyond that, the listing doesn’t disclose that the property sits right next to pickleball courts, which brought a steady stream of noise — not what we expected for a relaxing getaway. On top of that, the home’s HVAC system struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, adding to...

“The property is beautiful with a convenient location adjacent to the state park, walkable to the beach. There is a large security deposit that is charged to your credit or debit card that is not described in the description or “total cost” section on Expedia and did not show up except on my credit statement. It is now over a week after check out and the amount still has not been returned. I had never had a property with this policy and so I was a little taken aback. It was a great stay and my...

“This property was great for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything far surpassed our expectations and just a short drive to Seabrook. ”
