“We absolutely LOVED staying at Casa do Vale Cerdeiras. While the property is off the beaten path, it's exactly what we wanted. A little bit of Portugal rural flavor with the luxury amenities of a 5 star property, gorgeous views, en-suite bathrooms in each room, comfy beds and bedding and a self contained air conditioning unit in each bedroom. “The house with it's excellent facilities and beautiful garden is lovely: we all enjoyed the time we spent there. We hadn't hired a car as we stayed in Porto at the beginning and end of our holiday and had a wedding in-between. However, a car for a couple of days would have been useful as the local shop, whilst good, did not have all that we required food wise. The restaurant and coffee shop are worth a visit Mario is an excellent host and responded promptly when we contacted him.”
