The beds in the room 103 are 3+ foot off floor (my 91yr. mom needed a bench to get up in to the bed, my husband fell out of the bed, and I pulled on the sheets to help me get up into the bed). 2. “Last minute reservation.. assigned to first floor. LOUD LOUD LOUD. Paper thin wall. Our room 1124 was adjacent to housekeeping, you can hear every conversation from the staff. Food and drinks are overpriced from what you get, however beer on tab was tasty! Wife was happy to leave and not return!”

“The room was affordable and clean. However, the curtains and blinds were broken and didn’t work. There were ample light fixtures but had no access to natural light. Our particular room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was a hike to get to so every trip to the lobby area involved a hike and then our room was as far as you can get to that one and only elevator. While breakfast was good, the staff couldn’t keep up with the coffee. Despite, these small negative details, the room was nice...

“This is how it's done!! Check in was a breeze staff was so friendly even with a line at check in. Sheryl was absolutely wonderful and they are lucky to have her. She made our experience delightful and stress free which is what a trip is all about. We will definitely revisit !!!”

“Alex at the front desk was excellent! They are actively renovating but it did not impact our stay. Very clean and a great stay for the price. If you are a light sleeper request a second floor room away from the elevator. It's an older hotel and you can really hear the people above in a first floor room.”

“Positive reviews on Expedia will make you question the validity and trustworthiness of reviews. This place was labeled as "family friendly" and it is right next to an adult lingerie shop complete with the homeless encampment on the side. There is a huge billboard out front (not the hotel's billboard) advertising an adult sex toy shop in the area. The area looks sketchy. You would be better to go 2 miles down the road. The room was dated, the mini fridge DID NOT work. I told the guy at the front...
