“For a first trip by myself definitely felt safe and comfortable. Staff were amazing, so friendly there was always a good atmosphere. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. No parking but two carparks in walking distance can top up on a morning. Option to come and go from side gate so can avoid being in the way when pub is busy. Breakfast 10/10 Steak and Ale Pie 10/10”

The room I stayed in was bigger than I expected, given the building looking quite small and old from the outside.
