“Tower home means the rooms are small, and there are four of them with a narrow spiral staircase from one to the next. Understand that going in. The hosts are excellent. They really went the extra mile to help us find the place and get into it late when we had aircraft problems and were very late arriving. The place has excellent views, is right next to the ocean, and close to the downtown area.”

“Vänligt bemötande från ankomst till avfärd. Mariagracia med make gjorde ett bra jobb med att få oss och våra 3 barn att känna oss välkomna. Den äldre delen av Monterosso där huset ligger är trevligare och trots det centrala läget (och att järnvägen går 25 m från huset) är det lugnt och skönt. Torget funkar fint som "uteplats" och det är nära till bad (gratisstranden till vänster från huset sett är helt OK) och bra matställen. Torghandeln på torsdagar är väl värd att besöka och för att bunkra upp...

“Magnifique emplacement. La maison est juste parfaite. C'est à 25 min des plages de Viareggio, dont la partie sauvage est belle. On est aussi près de Lucca et de Pise, il y a plein de choses à voir et à faire - pas le temps pour tout en une semaine- surtout que c'est agréable aussi de rester dans le jardin à admirer la vue. Mention particulière pour les hôtes qui sont vraiment tout à fait charmants et prennent à coeur de bien recevoir leurs guests.”

“Clean and quiet, great that it has a washing machine. With the heavy rain, clothes didn't dry and the bathroom smelled of mould. The place is smaller than it looks on the photos.”

“We stayed here for three nights (in Oct 23) of our month vacation in Italy. This was one of our favorite stays. The view is stunning, & we enjoyed dinner and drinks from the roof top watching the sun set. This is on the top of the cliff but the walk up was pretty easy, it’s just up a gentle sloping walkway from middle of town. The multiple levels in the apartment were no issue for us…we are 61 & 57. The apartment had portable air conditioners that worked great. In fact we are going to buy some...

“Our stay at Casa del Borgo was pleasant. We had good communication w/host as very responsive. We did not realize how remote the air b n b was, but it made for a private cozy getaway. Renata left great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. she even made dinner reservations for us! “We loved this place! It was heaven, we did not lacked anything in the apartment. We spend all the time on the terass with a great wiew! The only thing was the house need to renovation, its old and Thats ok but there was mogly in the lower rooms and everything was moisture..! It was really cold and no heating availibly. The owner is going to sell the property so unforternatly I cant come back, it was great!”

“Leuk appartement op een prachtige plek. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement . Helaas konden we door het slechte weer weinig gebruik maken van het terras. Fijn was dat ook onze hond van harte welkom was. De weg naar boven was vooral op het laatste stuk wel een uitdaging.”

“This was our first time in Marina de Pietrasanta and we loved it! The location of this villa couldn't be better. We walked to fantastic restaurants and the sea. The villa is vintage, so don't expect a remodeled kitchen...but who wants to spend time in the kitchen when there are so many wonderful restaurants just a short walk away. Our adult kids loved the bicycles. Annalisa is available if you need anything.”

“Das Haus von Elias liegt am Ende einer schmalen, teilweise etwas steilen Straße. In etwas mehr als 5 Minuten ist ist man mit dem Auto in der Altstadt von Arcola, die ein wunderbares Labyrint aus alten Gassen und Häusern am Berg ist (zu Fuß haben wir knapp 15 Minuten gebraucht). Das Haus hat fast alles, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Elias und seine Familie sind hilfsbereit und per WhatsApp gut zu erreichen. Als wir nach einem zweiten Topf gefragt habe, hat Elias ihn am Abend gleich...

“Fantastiskt läge, utmärkt restaurang och fantastiskt trevlig personal/ägare. Självhushåll, men den vidunderliga utsikten från rum och uteplats kompenserar med råge den lilla obekvämligheten. Vill man går det att äta både frukost och middag på restaurangen. Om jag bara skulle kunna övernatta en enda natt på hotell under återstoden av mitt liv skulle det bli här. ”

“The room was big and with a great balcony situated across the street from a public beach. Breakfast was good. The pool was big and with nice temperature. However the whole place was a liitle old and my husband cut his foot on something in the pool. The staff was nice and spoke english, but didn't inform us that they had bikes that you could lend.”
