We enjoyed the short walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunrise and then short walks later. Everything about the condo was just as described including quick responses from Sally to our questions and having lunch on the deck.”

“Buccaneer Bungalow was perfect for our group of 10 ladies! The home was immaculately clean and had plenty of parking. The back porch was also a great sitting area. The outside backyard was shady and very well maintained. Brian was very responsive to texts and questions. We highly recommend this home.”

“The property was the best we have ever stayed in. Room for all (9). Heated pool was the best kid entertainment along with the beach. It felt as if we weee in a brand new house. Minutes from everything you could possibly knew or want. The Fernandina Beach Main Street was so fun. We even took a trip to the Jacksonville Zoo (30 minutes). “We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street.”

“This was an excellent property that worked perfectly for our family with small kids. Very clean and great location just across the street from the beach. We love that Amelia Island isn’t too crowded and there was plenty of room for the kids to run and play on the beach. “Had a 5 day get away with some friends for my 36th birthday. Was so lovely to adventure out in downtown fernandina, and relax in this homey rental. I enjoyed the pool/spa and with the beach access a short walk away I got to enjoy the sand and sun also. All the furniture was so comfortable. The stay was worth every penny!”

“This property was perfect for 3 families with teens! We loved the two washer and dryers and hug kitchen island! We made so many new memories in the backyard with the pool, playing cornhole (that we brought) and having snores around the fire pit. It is a short drive to the beach and restaurants. “We had a wonderful three night stay. The unit was exactly as described and was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the huge tv in the living room. Three unexpected bonuses: 1) the short walk on the beach to the Ritz Carlton where we went for lunch and drinks 2) The unit was two stories which really gave us a lot of extra room. Seaglass has a lot of amenities that made me feel like I was at home, from make-up removal cloths to snacks, to a Bluetooth boombox!
