We were looking forward to using the bar seating under the house, but it was under construction, however we all enjoyed the seating under the house and watched movies. It rained every evening we were there, however, it was not a problem. We were 100% impressed by how well the house was stocked with toilet...

“The house was in a great location mid island and less than 5 mins walk to the closest beach access. Very quiet area of the beach also. The property has EVERYTHING you will need for your stay! Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella, wagons, towels, bikes, anything you think you would need for your stay, they have it! It was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again!”

It is peaceful and restful and the updates made to the downstairs porch makes for a great outdoor living area next to the ocean. You will have your own personal sandy path to the beach. The house is so close to downtown Fernandina, restaurants, shopping and Fort Clinch. The drive into Fort Clinch is a beautiful drive of a canopy of trees. ...
