“The room was clean and spacious, parking right next to the soccer complex was ideal. Unfortunately there was a truck whose car alarm kept going off - twice in the night and then multiple times through the morning. Not much the hotel can do about that but it was a bummer!”

“We stayed here two years ago and loved it. The pool is so fun for my Grandkids. It has a large shallow area that is perfect with a couple of slides. I think two years ago was the last time it was cleaned. The amount of pool scum on the sides, the slides in the hot tub and in the bottom of the pool is very concerning. Not once did I see them clean. About the cleanliness, they no longer will clean your room for your stay. Only every other day. Since when! I stay in a hotel to get my bed made,...

“The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk...

“Breakfast. Went down to eat at 9:05...Breakfast was being served until 9:30... Had to wait for the worker to make more food because at least 3 employees walked out with plates of food. I am all about sharing, but staff should wait for customers to be served first.”

“This was an older property that was quite large and spread over several buildings. It was long walks to the front from our room to any amenities. We were told at check-in that breakfast was complimentary but this proved to be not true unless you were coming to a convention. Food was mediocre, room was clean when we arrived, bed OK but when I asked for an extra blanket I received a thin cotton bed spread, twin size for my king bed. Never once after that did we see housekeeping. Overall clean, ok...

“Breakfast was great, staff was courteous, helpful and accommodating. The east hallway to the 1st floor rooms was in need of attention, dirt, carpet. The skirt on one of the beds was torn and needed to be replaced. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.”
