“The room was clean and spacious, parking right next to the soccer complex was ideal. Unfortunately there was a truck whose car alarm kept going off - twice in the night and then multiple times through the morning. Not much the hotel can do about that but it was a bummer!”

“The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk...

“Awful area in Butte. Many homeless. 😭 Our first room had a toilet that ran non stop. Moved to another room immediately. The sides of counters were filthy. The bed skirt was half on. No biggie right? But showed the lack of attention given to cleaning and remaking the room. On a positive, no bed bugs. However, the carpets, esp in the halls were nasty and littered with trash and food droppings. Didn't swim, but the pool slide wasn't working. Other than two gas stations, the only food available...

“The room was "clean-ish". But the bathroom needed attention. Tub was "clean-ish" but shower curtain was dirty and the shampoo/shower gel dispenser was empty and dirty (see pictures). We were just too tired from a long drive to ask to switch rooms and uncertain if a new room would be better. The staff was okay/pleasant. This place is like a 2-star motel with weekly rental type people residing at this property. Woke up to two cop cars and one of the residents getting arrested in the parking lot...
