“It was a cool place for two people. The neighborhood was nice. The ad was not clear on parking, you had to park at the end of the last home, next to abandoned vehicles, at a dead end. The thermostat is located in a different unit, so it was freezing cold, especially when taking a bath. upon check- in there was a bombardment of rules and restrictions contract that you had to sign. It was walking on egg shells the whole time, felt uncomfortable, other than that the place is clean, and cute. ”

“Overall the room worked for our needs. They have done some renovations which were nice. There are some odds and ends in the room that needs to be addressed. The hot water didn't work great, the mirror in the bathroom was falling off and the toilet paper holder was having issues.
Zermat itself was pretty good. The pool was fun and roaming the resort with our daughter was a lot of fun. This was our 3rd or 4th time and staying the overall the experience is always solid.”
