âThis is a large 6-building hotel structure with rooms spread out across these 6 low-rise buildings. The rooms are quite neat n clean but fairly basic. Having said that, the price at which u get it, is absolutely a value for money deal. This is away from city centre - around 25 mins drive by cab n around 90 Dhs from hotel to Dubai Mall. But its excellent if you want to b around the Academic City area where there are many universities located, almost walking distance from the hotel. â
âThis hotel is located pretty far from shopping etc, and is a little bit difficult to access... There is construction going on in the neighborhood and it looks a little bit "messy". Service is not as good as expected especially not in the pool-area. The sunbeds are cheap and not very comfortable and I had to chase people to get towels... I was also suprised about not finding a bath-tub in the room which I expected in this price-range...â

âTrevligt- men orutinerad personal, lĂ„ngsam service- framförallt frukosten sköttes bedrövligt. Poolbaren fĂ„r dock ett plus! Fick sista nattens sömn förstörd pga högljudda grannar, ringde receptionen kl.3 resp 4 men inget hĂ€nde. Ingen reaktion nĂ€r vi pĂ„talade detta vid check-out. DĂ„ligt!â

âThe hotel itâs perfect but the service itâs a one star hotel service. Last week I stayed at address in Istanbul so that you can call service. I got the same level of service in all other addresses like Sky view and other addresses in UAE. At the check in time itâs took 45 minutes only reach the front desk agent it was same at checkout as well. We asked for a bellboy and no one came to help us with our luggage. 5 stars building and hotel but one star service.â
âI loved the good treatment provided by all the reception staff and workers for the comfort of the resident and how they provided assistance as quickly as possible with good manners and a comfortable smile that came from the depths of their hearts. Thank you all for hosting me and I would like to book a room in my next visit.â
âTrevligt hotell som har det mesta man behöver. Omar pĂ„ rumsservicen var vĂ€ldigt tjĂ€nstvillig och erbjöd sig att hĂ€mta ett riktigt vinglas till vinet som serverades i en stor plastmugg. God frukost och bra lĂ€ge för sightseeing. â
âVery nice hotel in Al Jadaf area. Close to metro station. Good breakfast and nice pool area. Helpful and kind staff. Supermarket close by thatâs open 24/7. There is also a nice cafe near by that serves great coffee and hot sandwiches. Overall we had a great experience. Approximately 10-15 minutes by taxi to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. 10 minutes by taxi to Dubai airport. â
âFantastiskt vackert hotel. Underbar pool och mycket vĂ€nlig personal. Inga problem att fĂ„ glutenfritt bröd och mandelmjölk till kaffet. Dom fixade tom glutenfria alternativ till mig i executive loungen utan att jag bett om det i förvĂ€g. Underbara badrumsprodukter. AnvĂ€nde bara dom under hela veckan. Aldrig gjort det förutđ kommer tillbakaâ
