“The remote was missing from the TV when I checked in. They sent a maintenance guy to program the remote. After he left nothing worked on the remote except to change the channel. At 11:00 pm the tv spiraled and would not load any more shows. At breakfast, I had asked for a glass of ice water. They told me there was no water and that I could go around the corner and drink from the drinking fountain. Very disappointing. The bacon was fried to the point that you could not eat it.
