We used the hotel's busines centre computer to order tickets for an event in Chicago, but it turned out that we could only pring e-mails, not PDF files. Panic! Did we just waste over 400 USD? The lovely ladys Tammy and Paula did everything they could to help us with our problem, and after a while they succeeded in printing our tickets. Service...
“This hotel cost is fraction of those in downtown Chicago. It is also conveniently located between Michigan and Chicago. 35-min drive to downtown Chicago. Save time to drive back to Michigan. Breakfast is very simple with limited items. I wish they offer Oatmeal rather than Grits. ”

“We reserved the room for one night to see a show at the Horseshoe Casino as suggested by the casino. I believe it was apts before a hotel and was spacious. It had a kitchen with full size refrigerator, dish washer and even a garbage disposable. ”
“10/10 I have no complaints. We had a balcony. Very peaceful we were able to see the water from the balcony. I never make breakfast, so I can't speak on that, but the shower felt good, and I slept like a baby in that bed.”

Going to the Alto Restaurant tonight... but this hotel/casino is set to federal military base/national laboratories standards in construction, infrastructure, and incredibly competent staff!

“Our family stayed at this property for almost two weeks. The property was clean and was taken care of. The hospitality crew were incredible and checked on us with whatever we needed. The breakfast items were available even when we were running late before Ms. Doretha closed. The taco happy hour in the afternoon was a hit for my kids. Anne had suggested more activities for the kids. Overall, I was happy with our stay and will definitely stay again!”

“Nice hotel in a perfect distance from Chicago. Very nice breakfast with a variety of food (pancakes, cereal, egg mc muffin). We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the very nice personel.”

My two complaints is one, not having two elevators, and two, having an ice making machine the second floor in addition to one on the third floor. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay there.”

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "
"As a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!"
