“I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. “Nice hotel in a perfect distance from Chicago. Very nice breakfast with a variety of food (pancakes, cereal, egg mc muffin). We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the very nice personel.”

“We booked this hotel for one night based only on previous positive reviews on Hotels.com. We found out that all good that was said by others was true. We used the hotel's busines centre computer to order tickets for an event in Chicago, but it turned out that we could only pring e-mails, not PDF files. Panic! Did we just waste over 400 USD? The lovely ladys Tammy and Paula did everything they could to help us with our problem, and after a while they succeeded in printing our tickets. Service...

“So, my husband and I run away from the children and the grandchildren at least once a month. We always come here the staff is excellent if there is a problem they will fix it. It’s clean and the food at bistro is pretty good. There is variety of things to do in the area love this Marriott”

“The stay was pleasant and the room was clean and the staff was wonderful. However, the only issue I had was the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was old and needed replaced. When I slept on it, I rolled into the middle of the bed. The springs in the mattress then had its last days. I informed the front desk and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and was unable to get me another room. Overall, the hotel was nice.”
