“This place is a little slice of heaven. It was very clean, beautiful decor, and all the amenities you could possibly need. From an outdoor griddle overlooking the water, a porch lounger swing, fire pit with provided wood, canoe and kayaks, a Keurig with coffee provided, comfy bed, gas grill down by the water, cornhole and other games, a nicely groomed trail that runs by the river, and so much more. I only use charcoal at home I wasn't sure how to light the gas grill and the host came right down...

One of our group fell ill but we were able to keep everyone else healthy and happy with some judicious use of masks and thanks to the layout and the homey outdoor spaces. The screened in porch is the best spot for dining, reading, visiting, or just gazing at the peaceful lake. A wonderful visit, even with the blips. ”

“We had a fun and relaxing stay at this cozy cottage. The lake was beautiful. We floated on paddle boards, took out our kayaks, fished, and sat on tubes and floated around on the hot days. We liked the peddle boat also. The cottage had plenty of outdoor chairs that we used to watch great fireworks from the neighbors nearby, the activity on the lake, sit around the campfire and picnic outside.
