“The house is 100 percent updated in a clean and comfortable style. It was perfectly appointed for adults and children to have what we needed including a few games and a book basket. There is a cool living history museum and nature preserve with beautiful walking trails and a Saturday farmer's market very nearby. We also really enjoyed the People's Community Church a block away for Sunday service. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. And a deer was bedded down in the neighbor's yard both...

“We had a great stay at the Bungalow in Berea. The property was super clean and storybook charming. We loved the privacy of the fenced in yard--perfect for relaxing outdoors with our dog. Jana set us up with all the info we needed for a smooth check in, and we felt immediately at home. The kitchen, bath, and laundry were well stocked, and the family room and bedroom were spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The a/c was excellent, and the property was quiet and peaceful. Overall excellent stay!”

“Everyone enjoyed this gem. The owner was very communicative and welcoming. We had his support to host a party of 30 people. Our guests enjoyed tours of this old home with comments like, “It’s a real fun house!”, “I wish I could live in a place like this.” “This seems like a house out of a novel.” There were slanted floors and unexpected hallways that made it an entertaining place to vacation ”

“Very nice home right on Lake Erie! Beautiful views. Sat on the patio with morning coffee! Restaurant in Lorain, Mutt and Jeff was great. As well as Melissa’s Cafe in Avon Lake. ”

“We were visiting family for Easter, this house was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. Easy walk to the lake.”

“Our condo was very spacious and clean. The indoor courtyard is absolutely gorgeous. Check in and out were trouble free. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Lorain”

“Good location in Lorain. The building itself is a neat old building. There is no carpet in the room, which is awesome...all tile.. Some may consider the room dated, but at this prices point, you will get zero complaints from me. Overall, there was plenty to keep us busy for the weekend, some really good restaurants and we got to bring the dog, too. ”

“We had a slight issue in the beginning, but the host went above and beyond to get us sorted! The apartment was exactly as pictured and it waa such a cool area when you walk in to the atrium! Wpuld highly recommend!”
