“great hotel would stay there again”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

“Convenient to the Convention Center and the historic area. We asked for a quiet room and we were told it was a quiet room AND an upgrade. We inspected the room and it was on the traffic side and noisy! So we had to change rooms. The room was a downgrade but at least it was quiet. Small fridge helped. The amenities were replenished sporadically. No “Do not disturb” signs. Furniture was a little frayed and dirty. The cafe looked so nice but the food was bad. We subsisted on a grab and go...

“We booked to be able to bring the kids to the pool and their pool was closed, no where on the booking site or website says their pool wasn’t in service. The room we stood in did not have working a/c. The shower was clogged and kept filling up. Horrible experience will not recommend.”
