Great centric place in Amsterdam for all kind
I liked everything about it, just how I like the hotels and in a centric area. Only thing is it could be a bit loud but over all a 10/10

Nice location close to bars, restaurants, shopping
15 minute walk to the city center and the big hectic shopping street. Tram and taxi station right outside the hotel. The room size was good and had AC but the bed was a bit uncomfortable with a too warm and hard top mattress. They didn´t vacuummed the room during our 4 night stay.. The minibar was also empty. Mobile coverage was pretty bad in our room on the third floor, it was working only at night/early morning and free WiFi was worthless and didn´t work at all! Breakfast buffet was OK. I should not rate this hotel a 4-star hotel.

The location is perfect. The room and view of the canal can’t be beat. Dining and pubs are very close and an easy walk. The area felt safe and secure.

This was a great hotel close to some lovely restaurants and bars. Tram point very close. Rooms were a good size with great facilities. Very quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I found the staff in the restaurant to be incredibly rude. Upon checking in there was zero care for how they could help you during your stay. To place our bags on hold while our room was getting ready seemed to be an inconvenience. As a guest I felt like an “inconvenience” with the staff, but the bed was comfortable and the view was nice. Large price tags aren’t always worth it.

Essentially in the midst of it all in city center. Easy walking distance to any and all attractions. Clean acomodations, friendly staff, charming decore. Highly recommended.

Quite disappointing experience considering this is a 4.5 star hotel. Our bathroom smells like public bathroom with urine scent. View from balcony is nice but you can hear trains and people parting all night. We did not get slippers or robes in our room. And when we asked the front desk they did not have the slippers with them and had to go to the storage to get it. They are helpful of course but just always seemed so busy. Maybe it is short staffed here. It wasn’t a pleasant stay and we decided to leave early and not staying for the last night. The front desk didn’t even ask how was our stay, was everything ok, or why were we leaving the night before check out. I do like the smart TV and the speaker in the room. The hotel bar looks nice but we didn’t get a chance to try. The hotel has a lot of potentials, but unfortunately didn’t work out for us at all.

Had a lovely stay in a balcony room, it was perfect for all our needs and will definitely be back to stay again. Was a lovely english lady worked there we didnt catch her name just she had a nice chat with us every morning at the lobby which made our stay even more welcoming.
