Abbiamo trovato uno dei due letti senza lenzuola, lo abbiamo comunicato in reception e hanno portato 4 cuscini in più (probabilmente avevano capito male). Abbiamo chiamato nuovamente e ci hanno portato le lenzuola dei letti singoli al posto del matrimoniale, abbiamo richiamato e finalmente hanno portato quelle corrette. Erano le 2 di notte quindi non è stato agevole poiché volevamo andare a dormire. A parte questi errori sono stati tutti molto gentili e la struttura è carina. Posizione ottima.

Rentamos un apartamento, super bien. Escalera un poco de difícil acceso. Limpieza y comodidad excelente Edificio remodelado, a mi consideración el único detalle es que en el tercer piso hay baño, pero no hay donde lavarse las manos. Desayuno incluido muy bien. Personal amable y servicial

Great location and does the job.
On the whole a great location and comfortable for the family. There is no getting away from the stairs some reviews have referenced, it’s part of the history of Amsterdam. The only bug bear related to a charge the hotel tried to spring on us billed as a change in taxes which was not communicated at check in or via mail once the changes were known. Thanks to the team at the front desk who removed the charges. In all, a pleasant stay. Thank you!

The apartment is good. But there is no lift option. The accommodation is stated as family friendly. But it’s quite difficult to stay with babies. The building main door is always unlocked. The stairs are too steep and does not fit for a stroller. The staff is friendly and the stroller always stays in the hotel lobby. It is a bit dangerous to hold the babies and take steps.

The accommodation is in an excellent location - it has everything you need. Shopping, cafés, bars, restaurants, clubs, coffee shops, tram station, etc. Although the accommodation is in a very central and busy location, it is on the quiet side of the block with a view of the Amstel. The bathroom is a bit small for 3 people - it would almost be too small for 4 people. The entrance area of the appartment is also a bit narrow but otherwise it is a very nice and cool arranged appartment and perfect for 3 people!

Location was nice, unit was quirky but there was no elevator and very tight stairs, which was never mentioned in the write up of the hotel. A person with mobility issues would have problems getting up the stairs. Check in staff were pretty rude, won't be going back.

We stayed in a studio. It was clean with no smelly fragrances, comfortable, and super convenient to public transportation, restaurants, and a grocery store. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location, friendly staff. Stayed in on of their apartments overlooking the Amste canal with lots to see on the canal. Vey clean,large apartment and daily room service. Never once felt unsafe. The apartment has very good decor, all mods and cons dishwasher, kitchen etc. Lighting in the stairwells to your own front door with good secure locks on all doors. It is situated near Rembrandtplein with nice bars and restaurants.

We had a great week staying in one of the studio rooms. The staff was very attentive and quick to help and respond. We were there 9 nights. The weekends we did have loud neighbors above who were having a good time bc they were there to party, but the staff was very quick in helping us getting them to calm down. Our only real complaint would be that the drain in our shower was very slow to drain so showers had to be quick bc you will be standing in a puddle of water that will overflow if you are not out fast enough.

Everything we needed is walking distance, the apartment/suite itself it was super big and comfortable. There is a kitchen there so it does help a lot if you are traveling with kids. The public transportation is very use to use and it leaves you behind the hotel. Perfect location ! The staff are amazing! I will come back again!

This is a fabulous option for a family - we walked to everything and had a great view of the canal. We felt it was like a true old Amsterdam experience inn using the very narrow and steep staircase. My kids ( 13 and 11) said it was the best we have stayed - EVER! 😀

Die Lage des Apartments war super, sehr zentral und gut erreichbar. Das Parkhaus ist direkt hinter dem Hotel/ den Apartments. Der Service war super freundlich, wir fanden alles klasse. Lediglich war es etwas schade, dass das Bad quasi der Durchgang vom Schlafzimmer zum Rest der Wohnung war und daher im Bad nur wenig Privatsphäre beim Duschen möglich war.

Don't get the "Loft suite"
4 flights of narrow stairs, the last 2 flights are like "ladders" that you have to climb on all 4s like a dog... just to get through the "hole" without bumping your head. Imagine "climbing" into a treehouse with a large suitcase. My wife is a very short 5ft2, and kept bumping her head... that's how small the "hole" is you have to climb through. Shower water pressure is non-existent. Wife had to wash the soap out of her hair in the sink. No heat..... at all. There are radiators, but no thermostat. The room has 2 tiny space heaters, one of which is broken. The hairdryer is broken. No couch.. just a couple hard chairs. Plenty of "threats" about smoking in the room, but they are un-enforced. People below us hanging out the window 24/7 smoking, in plain view, stinking up our room. Couldn't open our windows when it was warm. 3 days straight, and no one did anything about it. Not that we'd want to open the windows anyway, there is ZERO protection to keep your small children from falling out. This isn't a "family loft suite". It's a poorly converted ATTIC that barely qualifies as a room, much less a "family suite". I know many hotels in Amsterdam are converted old buildings. We've stayed there many times, at many places. This was not acceptable, by any standards. Stay somewhere else with your family. You'll thank me later.
