Glad och positiv service
Bra standard och positiv och flexibel service. Vi hade vänner boende på annat hotell och som tilläts att frukost tillsammans med oss. Fixade fina ballonger och prosecco till oss eftersom eb av vännerna fyllde år.

Good location, but not worth the price/stay
The hotel did not feel as a 4-star hotell. The room was smelly and the pictures that are shown does not reflect the actual room when it comes to the high standard. The cleaning was poorly made. My suit was opened and they just closed it which threw out all of my clothes and made them wrinkly. Would not recommend for the price.

Staff and services are top notch. Property is nice. Modern amenities. Quiet for sleeping. It’s quite far and a walk from the touristy area though, Metros are a walking distance. We had a lovely stay.

Very warm and welcoming lobby! The breakfast buffet was a very nice way to start our day! The room was a bit small for three, but we loved having the canal view. Great location, great walking city!

As soon as we walkrd through the door, the staff welcomed us with open arms and a glass of wine. They accomodated our request for a waterview room and put our friends right next door. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The bar/sitting area was very comfy. The main part of the city was within walking distance. We had a wonderful time.

Fabulous hotel! From the moment you check in they go the extra mile with a welcome drink and a tour of the lobby area. Super helpful with recommendations and also a lovely bar and lobby to enjoy a drink. Breakfast fairly priced with a good selection. Room and bathroom was especially for Europe. Quiet area near two tram stops and one metro stop all a few minutes from the busier areas without the noise. Will stay here again if I find myself in Amsterdam.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Well appointed guest rooms with very spacious bathrooms. Staff was super accommodating. Hotel was close to tons of dining options. The only critique was room cleaning - it could have been more thorough. Otherwise, excellent stay!

Heel mooi, proper, hotel met super vriendelijk personeel! Ook de kamers waren perfect in orde en het hotel was op een fijne wandelafstand van het centrum. Het enige kleine minpuntje was de airco op onze kamer die niet goed koelde. Dat maakt dat de kamer redelijk warm was. Voor de rest was alles perfect!

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the Rembrandt house museum. There are many coffee shops near by and a few supermarkets. The room is spacious and clean. Wakable to all the tourist attractions.
