Kom och besök vår vackra pool hem perfekt inställd för 2 familjer. Vårt 4 sovrum 3 badrum hem har två master på-sviter, en Cal King Bed och en queen size-säng med två fulla över fulla våningssäng barnens sovrum. Uppgraderad matta i sovrummen med laminatgolv i hela resten av hemmet. Badrummen är uppgraderade med anpassade skåp, bänkskivor i granit och travertin golv.

Uppgraderat kök med anpassat panelskåp, uppgraderad hårdvara, travertinbacksplash och apparater i rostfritt stål: spis / ugn, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Rymligt vardagsrum och matsal utanför köket. Main Living Room har DVD-spelare med Time Warners topp 300 kanaler. Alla andra rum har kabel med Disney och topp 100 kanaler. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet ingår. Centralvärme och luftkonditionering.

Spelrummet, som finns i garaget, har Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Pool och leksaker. Det finns barnvagnar, en barnstol, pack n 'play och en booster seat för dina spädbarn och småbarn. Queen size luftmadrass finns i hemmet för extra sängar. Full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Koppla av i vår helt nya glittrande pool med inbyggd jacuzzi, på bakgården. Njut av vår uteplats och utomhus sittplatser för vuxna och barn, naturgas BBQ Grill, alla möbler, inredning, etc. är nya från och med okt 2013. Trevlig kort promenad till Disneyland, och du kan titta på Disneyland fyrverkerier från gården.

Great place to stay! Home was great for large group, had plenty of amenities, the backyard pool and jacuzzi was such a great way to relax after Disneyland. The property manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs! We would definitely stay here again!

The house is nice and clean. Pool is very inviting and instructions are given well. Very close to Disneyland and in a quiet neighborhood. A few things that were confusing, the washer and dryer have stickers on them that say "not in use" they ask you to wash the towels, so i am not sure why these stickers are on the machines. The pool alarm is so annoying. It works like they say to use it from the inside, but if you push the bypass from the outside it does not and it will set the alarm off. So you have to have someone from the inside push the bypass button and let you in, or the alarm will sound. I did not contact the host as we were busy and we just lived with it. I am sure this is something that could be fixed. This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was 8 years ago. We liked it alot so we came back! The Furniture is showing some wear especially the patio furniture, but Overall it is a nice place and the location is great if you are going to Disney.

The house was pretty spacious and conveniently located near Disney, making it ideal for large families. Our favorite features were the swimming pool and hot tub. However, the house could use some tender loving care and a deep cleaning, particularly inside the window frames and the sliding door leading to the pool. I would give it five stars if the laundry machines were accessible to guests, but unfortunately, they were not. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.

Great layout for families and convenient walk to Disney parks. Pool and hot tub area were clean and comfortable. The fourth bedroom is a bit awkward being attached to the garage ( and laundry ), otherwise great house! Kitchen has lots of pots and pans, and dishes/utensils. Spice rack is full ( other than salt ), and there is no tin foil. Tons of beach towels and two dining tables. The stove top was a bit difficult to work, but had 1-2 burners lit and working.

House layout is perfect for families & super close to Disney! You can see the fireworks from the front yard. The weather was perfect to get into the jacuzzi. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Beautiful trees outside bloom purple flowers.

Great stay. Backyard and pool/spa were great! House is sufficient and comfortable. Not really walking distance to Disney if you have kids, but it is a short drive or Uber. Overall, great stay!

Great property!

Overall we had a great time. There was a ton of space for our family of 6 and we invited another guest to stay with us. We could have easily fit 10 people, and maybe next time we will would definitely stay here again. Some constructive criticism is we needed more hooks/places to hang wet clothes or towels. Theres little to no counter space in the bathrooms so shelving or a cart to put your stuff somewhere would be nice.With that being said it was a spacious home and the hot tub/pool were very enjoyable.I

Excellent Yard and Space; Furniture Getting Run Down

First of all - we loved our vacation. This house offered everyone their own bedroom and bathroom, which was awesome. The furniture is getting beat up (broken leg on dresser, broken handle on night stand, broken door on vanity, ping pong table broken and chipped), and the house needs a deep cleaning (ceiling vents had visible dust, dishwasher filter was very dirty, washing machine had mold in the rings, etc), but if you can see past that it is a great property, with an excellent yard and great location. Apparently we were the only ones who had to abide by the noise rules, as there were dogs barking at 630am most mornings, and on Saturday at 8am the neighbors started getting their roof replaced. Not a big deal (and not the fault of the property owners), but annoying that we couldn't use the hot tub after 10pm when everyone else could make noise. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to see the fireworks from Disneyland in our front yard, which was a treat. We loved the pool area, and the yard was in great shape. We did not know you had to push really hard on the bypass button from the outside (much harder than the inside one), as it is weather-proof, so we had to ask for help with that, but the property managers assisted us right away. We also got a few new lightbulbs delivered to replace our burnt out lamp, so kudos to the property manager for being so great to work with. Overall we would be willing to stay here again and work with this property owner/manager again.

4th of July everyday! A great place to stay while visiting Mickey.

A very family friendly home with lots of beds for everyone. It was great for our family of 5, but you could have a much larger family be comfortable as well. We could see the fireworks from Disneyland every night from the front yard. The star of the show for us was the private back yard. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition and I believe they are salt water, not chemical based. We were in Anaheim for Disneyland and you are just minutes away. Not a fancy place, but it's comfortable and clean. I almost forgot about the recreation room with the pool table and ping pong. We enjoyed that part of the home too. Thank you for the nice stay.

Convenience Plus.

We were attending a large trade show at the convention center. The house was perfect for us to come back after a long day on our feet and either cook or order in food. Everything was clean and tidy and there were lots of cooking utensils.Thank you.

Decent house with some flaws

Dealing with property manager was super easy, check in was very easy and they even allowed us drop off our luggage as we were a larger group of 9. We were surprised at how long of a walk it was to Disney from the property, was too long of a walk with little ones but lyfts were easily accessable and quick (except later at night coming from Disney). Was super handy having different strollers to use for Disney. Beds were how ever terrible and bed frames squeaked terribly with the smallest movement. The one queen bed, can hardly support average sized adults without sounding like you are going to break it. Kitchen was poorly organized (coffee filters on opposite end of kitchen from the coffee maker, making us go buy some because we didn't find them the first day). Was nice having some kitchenware to cook your own food, but no baking sheet to bake things on, but lots of cupcake pans. Would have been nice to have a working hot tub, but it was colder than the pool, which we never did use because the alarm was annoying to use so we just avoided it. Does the job if you are not wanting to stay in a hotel.

Perfect Place

This home is close to Disney and Knotts Berry Farm. The whole process was easy and even had a few maintenance issues that were handled speedily. The home is stocked well from kitchen to pool and towels and game room with toys for kids. We especially liked that there were strollers on site to use on our outings. The pool and hot tub were such an added bonus and great for the down days between parks.The mattresses in the 2 masters are very soft/saggy and could stand to be replaced, but all in all I would definitely stay at this property again.

Super easy walk to the parks, we chose to walk most days as loading and unloading the children took more time than just heading there. Unfortunately one neighbor had a party the first Saturday we were there and the other neighbor had a party the next Saturday. They did not adhere to the 10pm curfew. Watching the Disney fireworks from the driveway was great. The house layout was a little strange for two families as you have to pass through one of the master bedrooms to get to the game room and laundry. We loved the pool and hot tub, there’s a shallow section for younger kids and a deep enough section for adults to be able to jump in. Dressers for the bedrooms would be a great addition. Overall a good stay.

Great stay!

We loved this property along with the location! The hot tub and pool were amazing! We used the hot tub at night after many hours of walking! There were enough pool towels and bath towels for everyone, which was very nice so we didn't have to keep washing.The only downfall to this property is the alarm on the patio door. The outside button was broke so it sounded every time we wanted to go back in.

Pool and Spa were amazing!

Great place! We were gone all day to Disney and wished we would have had another day to enjoy the pool more! Large walk in closet in the master that was so nice for us to put our little kids in our room with us-dark helped them sleep in!
