Dirty and unsafe; avoid this propertyI cannot recommend this rental. The house was extremely dirty, had moldy showers and burnt shower curtain liners. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay. There were no available outlets in the bedrooms. The furniture in the "Princess Room" was so flimsy and unstable that it felt like a safety hazard to the point that no one felt safe staying in that bed. To top it off, the linens were musty and the host failed to provide basic hand towels, and had no dishes in the guest house. The pictures in the profile tell a very different story, and we were all very excited to stay. Safe to say we had a very disappointing experience.

Overall, this is a very good experience. The property is mostly as described. The other reviews have some constructive feedback and it is accurate. It would not take much to bring this property up, but it is pretty typical for the area. I would and likely will stay here again.

The pool was dirty and we did not use it. Not sure how much of that is the owner's fault, there was a big wind storm while we were there.The house was fine. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house and the Star Wars suite is in the pool house. I either missed that in the description or it isn't very clear. The pool house could use a good deep cleaning-- the shower had mildew growing in it. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, but the pictures definitely make it look bigger and nicer than it actually is.

The hosts communication was very slow making it difficult to handle issues. The unit is decent but needs some attention to several things. The protective barrier around the pool is not secure at all and could easily lead to a child drowning. The 2 gates to that pool enclosure do not stay latched and the enclosure has a huge gap at the fence area. I had to make sure our 3 year old grandson did not get outside of the house. The sheets and blankets are polyester. Need to have some good cotton sheets and blankets. The back unit really needs more shelf space in the bathroom. No place to put your toiletries as there is a very small sink area. The wood fence to get into the back unit is nearly impossible to open. Things just need to be maintained and updated to handle the needs of guests.

The pool was extremely dirty and unusable unfortunately. As well as we arrived right on time and the house wasn’t ready the cleaners were still in there cleaning so we had to wait for 15 minutes before we could enter which isn’t ideal after a long day of traveling.

The house is not what is advertised. Incredibly cold and dank. Window coverings are old and barely cover the windows. Lights flicker. Water pressure is scant. Very little hot water. Not washing detergent for laundry. The pool had layers of scum and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The house had a layer of dust everywhere. The towels were scratchy. And the beds are very hard. Neighborhood is sketchy. Definitely not worth it. Look elsewhere. Pics make it look a lot better than it is.

The home was filthy. There is mold is almost all window areas. The floors if you walk across them barefoot, your feet turn black. The air conditioning froze on us the first night. The couch frame is broke. Lounge chairs out side broke. Doesn't look like pictures either. The filter completely plugged. The pool was green upon arrival( we didn't see until Sunday morning as we arrived late). I reached out to have it cleaned and Lawrence said he would. The pool only got worse. The pool guy arrived after 3 on Thursday, we were not there. When we got back late, there was hoses laid out over walkways. This is completely unacceptable as traveling with handicap. The pool guy came back on Friday morning. I asked him what's going on and he stated that Lawrence never reached out to him, and he has asked Lawrence multiple times prior to have it cleaned 2 times a week as house is rented a lot. I asked Lawrence to adjust our stay, he has ghosted me.

Listing is accurate. Home is private, in a quiet area, and very comfortable. We liked the extra space with the extra apartment on the property. My kids enjoyed the pool and pacman games. House is fully stocked with everything you need. Disney parks 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and the disney theme added the extra touch my kids loved since we were here to go to Disneyland.

The house is beautiful within itself. Chicken is very easy. Communication with the host sucks every time I try to communicate. I never got a reply a bit before my check-in during an after my check-in no communication. The only communication was when booking. But there was privacy. The real bad part is that the house is very beautiful but every single bed seems like it has bedbugs. We got beat up so much my husband my children everybody got bit. The pool is nice, but it is dirty and not once was it cleaned during our stay of 5 days it was dirty when we got there . Overall, nobody bothers you in the neighborhood is a very quiet neighborhood and a beautiful home overall. But for 2000 was it worth it . No

This property has great potential for large groups of people, there is one house that has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with two comfortable showers and then there is a separate back house that has a shower, a bedroom and a small living and kitchen area. It has a good sized fenced pool for safety for children and fun. And it is so close to Disneyland….. The location is great because of this. The host is very attentive to request, response quickly and win above and beyond to make sure that our trip went smoothly.. He addressed every concern we had and took care of us. When in the area, we will definitely visit the spot again.
